Hey everyone! I’m on the hunt for some awesome podcast recommendations! I'm open to anything Bravo, True Crime, tech deep dives, and even a little sprinkle of politics. What are your faves?

I love Disgraceland -- the Dark Side of the Entertainment industry and Darknet Diaries host Jack Rhyside is about the secrets of the web. This mixes your love for entertainment, tech, and true crime 😉

After watching the intensity of last nights debate. I reflect and read:

End of Summer

An agitation of the air,

A perturbation of the light

Admonished me the unloved year

Would turn on its hinge that night.

These are my beauties! Storm is a 7 year old deaf white German Shepherd and Hero is a 9 year old Dingo and we rescued him. Hero is look like he's from the dingo line from the dingo's on Fraser Island Australia! Hero can leap 10 foot walls and is by the the smartest animal I have ever come across. He is a golden gem! The worst part about having a Dingo is knowing we'll most likely never get to have another one.If I was rich I would easily clone Hero!

What role does creativity play in your journey toward living authentically, and how do you nurture it?

My answer: Creativity plays a central role in my journey toward living authentically, especially as someone who is autistic. It serves as a vital tool for expressing myself and communicating in ways that feel genuine and true to who I am. For me, creativity isn't just an activity or a hobby; it's an essential part of my identity. It allows me to convey my thoughts and feelings when words alone may not suffice, bridging the gap between my inner world and the outside.

Being autistic, my creativity often manifests uniquely, allowing me to see patterns, connections, and ideas that others might overlook. It helps me approach problems differently and think outside the box, which is incredibly empowering. To nurture my creativity, I make time for activities that inspire me, such as writing, graphic…

For years, I was all about getting things done. My days were a checklist of tasks, a race against the clock—until I began to rediscover parts of myself that had been quietly waiting in the wings.

Creativity, whether through writing, art, music, or simply connecting with others—became the truest expression of who I am. It's not just about crossing items off a list; it's about tapping into the wellspring of creativity that flows through all of us.

Now, I realize that my authentic self isn't just the one who gets things done—it's the one who creates, connects, and thrives in community. It's a journey of embracing my creative soul and letting it shine in everything I do.

Unwritten Notes

Writing feels like therapy,A quiet space where thoughts are freed,I never understood its power,But I think I always needed it indeed.

Music feels like a gentle tide,Washing over the shores of my soul,Each note a balm to wounds inside,Making broken pieces whole.

Words and melodies entwined,Healing in ways I never knew,Together, they soothe my restless mind,And help me see the world anew.
