COMMON GROUND - one of the most important documentaries of our time! Have you seen this incredible film yet?! It's one of the most important documentaries of our time and is on the topic of SOIL HEALTH & how we need to regenerate our soil in order to thrive. I'm deeply passionate about nutrition education especially when it comes to our soil health. We are sicker than we've ever been before and so is our Earth. When the earth is sick, so are we. I am an advocate for all things regeneration and we can't ignore the fact that our farming practices and chemical food system are leading to chronic dis-ease. If anyone here is curious about detoxing from harmful chemicals like Glyphosate (which is found in RoundUp weedkiller) and healing the integrity of your gut, I'm your gal and I'd love to connect with you! If you are curious…

Thank you for posting this valuable information. It's crucial that more people become aware of the importance of soil health and the impact it has on our overall well-being. Your efforts in sharing this are greatly appreciated.

When we're feeling tired, stressed, and overwhelmed, we tend to numb out with activities like alcohol, vaping, overeating, and phone scrolling.

Numbing out gives us temporary relief by disconnecting us from our difficult thoughts and feelings.

But numbing out doesn't actually heal the pain generating those uncomfortable thoughts and feelings. It's more like hitting the snooze button on our healing.

When we're done numbing out, we usually end up with a hangover of one type or another.

The next time you're feeling run down, don't numb out - create a Love Bath instead!

Yes, you have hit the nail on the head, with using those distractions.

I get in the bath literally, that is where I turn off.

Thank you for the reminder, to be kind to oneself, in this over-busy life.

Saw this image and found it quite interesting. The power of food to influence our chakras - love it.

Great info. Color coding foods to the energy colors of the chakras. Thinking there are more for each chakra, too and wondering where chocolate fits. 😉

Will keep this handy.
